To honor the fantastic Latino authors and illustrators we celebrate during Latino Book Month, we will be hosting an exclusively Spanish storytime. Come hear Donde Viven Los Monstros (Where the Wild Things Are), Buenas Noches, Luna (Goodnight, Moon), La Llama Llama Rojo Pijama (Llama Llama Red Pajama), as well as some Spanish classics.

Everyone loves their dad. We will be reading stories about awesome dads, like Papa, Do You Love Me?, Papa, Please Get the Moon for Me, and other great stories. Then make a pretty card to thank dad for all his hard work. Happy Father’s Day!

Thank goodness, summer is finally here! In celebration of Picnic Day and sunny afternoons, we’re going to have a picnic in the park. We will be reading some fun-in-the-sun books like Hooray for Summer, You Are My Sunshine, and other summery favorites. Bring a picnic basket and enjoy the beautiful day with us.
